I believe the older HCE records exist.
We did find out for sure that the Rigdon records (Hourglass and Lazy diamond) were destroyed.
We were also told the BC Wills records were destroyed.
The guy we got the HCE records from was a wealth of information. He knew everyone conected with chips. I hope to get back with him next time I am in FL, and have a long list of prepared questions.
