I doubt if that was ever intended to be a "Poker" chip. But appears to be just as it is a late 1800's Pin signafying the "Great Hour of Elkdom" the Eleventh Hour when the Great Heart of Elkdom Swells and Throbs. Great example of 1890 Elk Memorabilia. Want to sell it????
