If that's a BG on the inlay (I can't tell), I had samples from Bourgogne et Grasset (posted them here) having a small BG on the inlay with actual casino names where I know for a fact they were not part of the casino inventory.

B&G is known for making up some pretty strange samples that make no sense and passing them out at shows.

Some of their catalogs have pictures of chips, jetons and plaques with casino names that I know do not exist.
