I did go there and read what they had to say, which essentially was that the story was false in its statements regarding the involvement of Jerry Driscoll and Larry Carrigan.

To the extent that the story was not accurate, I apologize for having posted it here without confirming its accuracy.

However, I still think that every person who spent even five minutes in uniform is more worthy of recognition than Jane Fonda.

Here's a picture of one of them, who deployed to the Vietnam War Zone in 1969 and did not come home. Age 20. Left a wife and a one-year-old son.
