To put it simply, you need to place the image file on a website, then link it into the eBay auction or bulletin board post. Greg makes it pretty easy to load image files onto this website (click the button at the top of the opening screen labled "file upload"), but you still have to link the image to your BB post, which you can do by typing in the address of the image in the "Optional Image URL" box at the bottm of the page you see here. Your internet service provider should have website space available for you to use as part of the service. It takes time to figure out how to use some of the tools needed to get your images in a place that you can readily access them, and there are differences in both the software and internet service providers that have to be learned by doing it yourself following the instructions available in most help menus.
