Hey Scott? What works for me (the true internet challenged) - I keep post notes within fingers reach... when I upload a file/ picture... I simply copy the name - word for word... extension (.gif/ .jpg ) - especially CAPS and lower case letters. I tend to name my files in CAPS, but extensions are lower case... has caught me a few times. Good luck.
