Hilton deal; Park Place claims he forfeits his $20 million down payment and Roski files suit claiming Park Place ran down the Hilton in the intervening months. I suspect it might have been easier for Roski to arrange financing than to begin this fight, rich tho he might be. Anyway no new chips for a while.
