There's no other Reno Harolds Club. But anyone can make a chip with anything on it they wish if the maker isn't bound by Gaming Regulations in Nevada. I have no idea who made this chip. It could even be part of a home-set sold in a gift shop, like some of the Las Vegas fantasies, e.g., Flamingo.
