For people I don't know I wait for payment to arrive before mailing. For anyone I have dealt with before or I am familiar with from the BB I mail right away. I used to ask anyone that won an ebay auction of mine if they were a club member. If not I would suggest joining and if they were I would send out as soon as I had an address.
