... and how about those who sell almost exclusively on ebay? Are they not "dealers" as well? When the IRS auditor randomly notifies some folks to bring their tax-filing records to the local IRS office, and questions all those checks that have been deposited into personal banking accounts .... I guess some of those who think that they are not "dealing in chips" will find out otherwise.
