My first trip to LV I stayed at Harrahs. The only bad part of my trip was staying at Harrahs.

They decided to construction right in the hallway outside my room, and of course this began early in morning everyday. When I tried to call up to the room from a house phone the operator would always ask for the name of the guest. Since the room was booked by me and on my credit card, you would think I would know the answer to that question. Apparently the operator insisted that my room was occupied by someone else, this continued even after I went to the front desk and had it "straightened out." To top it all off, on morning my friend got into a fight with the maid because she does not understand what "do not disturb" means.

The last time I went out there I stayed at both the Flamingo and the Trop. and both had far superior service.
