The Win Cards promo at the Four Queens has been going for some time now. However, their promo has a twist I've not seen elsewhere. When you buy-in (for your $10.00) you get your choice; 15 NCV 1's or 3 NCV 5's. I don't have them in front of me, but I think the NCV 1's are yellow and NCV 5's are purple. Both are older, previously issued NCV's from the Queens; they are not branded "Win Cards".
