This guy has had these chips on e-bay for some time now. His early ads were vsry strong in implying that they came from LV. I see after several e-mails, he has toned them down some.

Consider these facts: 1) They are not listed in TCR, 2) Binion's Horseshoe didn't open until 1951 & 3) Binion's has never had a HARP mold chip.
