I prefer the term "restrict" you prefer the term "ban". You don't think that a "ban" is effective. I think that restricting sales of slabbed chips at the club convention and auction IS effective and educational. I prefer to post as a layman and leave the legal jousting to you and Reilly.

The Constitution and Bylaws question you have posed does not cover club policy.... which is what the newly elected board will be determining; whether the slab restrictions at the club's convention goes into effect or not.... and no matter which candidates are elected.
