Here is a link to Greg's ChipGuide for the original Aladdin, David. You should see all the early club convention chips there. There were two live chips issued during several conventions but I'd have to look up to see which ones exactly. I believe most double-chip productions were in order to allow both Paul-son and Chipco to make a commem for the club.
