Bob Jordan and Shipping Terms and Conditions
In Response To: E-BAY QUESTION ()

Tom,

I have bought many items from Bob Jordan over the years, at least 25 different transactions, and I will say that there has never been any problems with any of the transactions. Bob is an incredible honest and reputable dealer.

When I sell chips on eBay, I mention my shipping policies in the listing. I do not charge for packaging and handling, I charge only the actual postal charges, which are buyer's options. If the buyer wants insurance, that is their option and they pay for it. If the buyer does not want insurance, it is at the buyers risk.

I think all buyers should understand the shipping and insurance terms and conditions prior to bidding. If the buyer is paying for shipping and the buyer wants insurance, they buyer should make sure they are paying for it. It is too late get insurance after the package is lost.
