I too have dealt with Bob [tiny ] Jordan with no problems ever. If its any consolation I have 2 chips from 2 different dealers from the same area of the US sent out at about the same time as yours [1 of them insured] that are also un-accounted for as of yet... With the Holiday's and all i'm giving it a few more weeks....... Stanger things have happened.
Sometimes a good E-bay reputation also helps towards ones credibility.
While I would rather have the chips both have offered full refunds no questions asked.
