I read the e-mail response you received and posted... and I agree that it indeed "suggests" an "oh well..." attitude. (which surprised me.)

Knowing how promptly he ships (I also use PP with him)... and how quickly I have received my purchases - based on the time that has elapsed... I feel you have reason to initiate (soon) some discussion for a possible resolution.
(I would first check with the "re-wrap" and/or "Nixie" section of the local P.O and closest GMF (General Mail Facility) to see if possibly your "package" was damaged - with no way to identify where it was going or from where it came. Talk to your postal buddies... they can tell you (or find our) where "undeliverable" mail is held...)

As I said, I have been EXTREMELY pleased with him... but we have never had a problem... and of course we're always pleased when there aren't problems, aren't we? I am interested in how he handles 'problems' - or if he handles problems "by not handling problems". I hope not. That would be a bummer...and certainly shed some rain on my parade.

I would not post a strong "defense" for someone that I lacked confidence...
So- all I can say is: c'mon Bob! Don't let me down here!
