This is why you should only buy chips from me (ggg). I sent out a "Q" rated chip to a chipper from the BB. I saved a nickel on packing. The chip arrived cracked. Solution? As soon as I was told what happened, another "Q" chip was sent immediately. No waiting for the chip to be returned to me. A second time just recently I sent a chip that arrived cracked. Solution? I sent 2 of the same chip to replace it (of course these weren't "Q" rated.

I send chips immeditely. You win an auction from me on Monday, you normally have the chip in your hands by Thursday/Friday. Why wait for the buyers check (if not paypal). I think there should be trust on BOTH sides.

It always bugs me when people are unethical.
