It hasn't been all that long considering the holidays. You might want to wait a little bit to see if they arrive (not too long though).
After that you should contact the seller and try to reach an amicable resolution. If you can not resolve it with the Seller then you can file a complaint with Safeharbor and since this seller has a Verified Paypal account you can also request that Paypal reverse the charge.
Also if this seller is a club member then you can raise this with the club. I think Jim Reilly had an article in the last magazine about how to file a claim.
