I understand it's not about money... and nothing wrong with being resourceful and using good judgement -- and not pay too much for ANYTHING when things just don't seem reasonable for the situation. I agree that if someone told me it'd cost $150 to ship a $50 item... I'd be looking for options too! I wouldn't be happy about THAT either... THAT all makes sense.

WHAT I DON'T understand is WHY you'd buy something in another state that no one had any idea how to get somewhere else????? Now if it is RARE... or one of a kind ($60?) or had sentimental value?? (maybe fond memeories of your own expulsion? hahaha) -- THAT's DIFFERENT!!!! (Is that the case here?)
