I was trying to refer to the possibility of our hobby being open to another form of manipulation due to the slabbing of chips.
I learn more everyday about slabbing in the coin market and the more I see of slabbing the less I like what it would do to chipping!
I do know an investor in chips would have a much easier time making up his mind to buy a slabbed chip that came out of box of one hundred Z-4 chips!
How long do you think this guy would be involved in our hobby if he paid $1200 for a chip slabbed and then had it offered to him a month later unslabbed for $200?
There I go again!
Will slabbing destroy chip collecting? We don't know.
Will our hobby be destroyed leaving things as they are? ABSOLUTELY NOT !!!!!!
