that weight increments for 1st class mail are now $.21 per oz. So:
1 oz in padded envelope = $.45 (still $.11 plus reg postage)
2 oz = $.55 (same as previous)
3 oz = $.76 (1 penny CHEAPER!) each additional ounce is a penny cheaper per ounce. Guess I'm going to have to get some $.21 stamps too.
