So then are those who were expressing that a ban is not really efective correct, that we need to come up with something better to keep them out of our face?

Other than the suggestion of carrying on like chimps in front of their table and cracking open slabs, are we putting our minds together...or am I just pouring oil over the fire (a la Perlowski) causing some to THINK?
