The letter that came with the chip from my long time friend Roy Houghton says.

Roy has been in poker in London, Birmingham, Isle Of Man, etc for the 15 years I have known him. He dealt for me on a cruise a couple years ago. Had to get special permission from London Gaming. He dealt the European style with the deck on the table. Our players loved him and were fascenated with his dealing style.

The casino must be in a Hilton Hotel or maybe that is just where the tournament was held. No the chip was not used in the tournament as far as I know. Only 500 made is not near enough to use in a large tournament. IMO it is an LE souvineer chip.
