Casinos that allow a single individual or company to purchase a entire issue, or the majority of an issue of a limited edition chip should be identified and chastized. But this is not a slabbing issue. this collector could ask for $100 each with or without the slab. The question is, why would we buy it? If we dont fall for the extortion tactics, eventually this individual will need to lower his price until he can sell them all, The market price. The question is why is anyone paying $10 for that chip, let alone $20 for one in a nice plastic case?
