After receiving an e-mail from someone, all I have to do is to highlight the senders address and I will automatically be able to transfer his address to my address book.

Now then, is there an easy way to take an address from the bulletin board messages or the "chip Links button" on the top of the page and do the same thing (that is to transfer the e-mail address to my address book without typing it out first.

Any help would be appreciated.
