... the seller is Steve Brock, who posted regularly at one time here, but haven't seen much of him lately. I bought the same two chips on eBay a few weeks ago and shipping/handling wasn't $15, you can bet on that. I don't have information on that particular auction here in Syracuse, but I think the shipping was $1.50.
