I know how you feel.
Its kinda becomming a joke.
Warwick stone is very supportive the hobby and always posts messages on here.
But at the hard rock the cage managers are very rude and snoopy. I ask the guy who was handing out the chips and is one of the main guys back there how many are they handing out of the 100's and how many were made.
He said :
" I dunno, and even if i told you i wouldn't tell ya. "
Now this guy was using a tone of voice with me that was very rude, and maybe it was good for him that this was his place of work right next to the security desk.
I remember when we use to go to the hard rock 2 days after they released a chip and get a whole rack of them and they would be happy that we came.
Now they treat you like #####. I mean i spend $2200 there and didn't feel very welcome. And i know of several of my friends/dealers who spend a lot of money their.
What should be done but i think would never be done right, is not buy a hard rock chip at the cage on ebay or anywhere for 3 or 4 releases. Then the employees can get all their friends and family to buy the chips for them. Aferawhile they will see none of the chippers are buying them anymore and eventually they will turn them back in. Because they don't have the money to keep all those chips. Lets face it the people who collect and the dealers invest all their money on those chips and we hold them , most of the employees look for a fast turn around and without they cash out. Then we send a letter to the hard rock and let them know why we don't buy their chips anymore.
And hopefully they will get their act together and treat us right again.
Now i love the chips warwick does. I love the hard rock program they are my favorite LE's. I just think their employees need to get a reality check.
Just my opinion.
