Greg; Perhaps ICG is including in their count all of the sample chips that they have slabbed and have given away for promotional purposes... like the now-famous $1 slabbed Tropicana chip?

Many folks seem to think that only expensive chips are going to be slabbed. WRONG! Just look at the common CURRENT U.S. coinage dated 2000 that are being slabbed now by ICG. I have provided links to these auctions previously and Jim Reilly has identified quite a few individual links to lots for you to view.

Remember this fact; Every common chip that is slabbed will add a MINIMUM of $10 to the price. Go check out Sahara Coin Shop you Vegas locals. Go see what their prices are on slabs ... talk to the owner ..... then come back and report your findings.
