No list is being kept, at least not on this board. This has gone from a chip discussion forum for all chippers to a chip discussion forum for chippers who disagree with slabbing. I gusse it is like admitting to being a communist in the 50's.
I am still on the fence with this issue, not because I am in favor of it, but because I dont understand the problem. I strongly agree that the club should not indorse any grading service, but why prohibit it?
When I sell a chip, I give my opinion on its condition, and I assign a price. So I gusse the only thing that seperates me from a slabber is the plastic case? No, I think not. You have the right not to buy my chip. You can disagree with my price, and you can dispute my opinion of condition.
As someone stated earlier, if I find a chip I want at a good price, and it happens to be in a plastic case, I should not buy it? Cant I just rip the case open and throw it away? I think the real question is who would pay $10 to have a chip graded, and who would pay $10 more for the same chip?
