Anyone sending packages via Express Mail to (or from) the east coast will be entitled to a full refund of all postage fees. I know mail was not delivered in my area (Jersey Shore). All packages, including Express Mail, sat undelivered.

I sent out a package today. It cost me $0.55. Now if I laid out $11.75 I would have 1 or 2 day delivery, insurance included, all for free! Good thing I'm on the right side of the law.
