I was in St. Maarten earlier in the year. Several of the casinos are still closed from hurricaine damage. The casinos in downtown Phillipsburg are open during the day, as well as a couple by the airport. The casinos in the hotels are only open in the evenings. Many of the casinos only had very worn chips. It was not easy getting chips in St. Maarten.
