I was able to visit Argosy in Lawrenceburg and Caesars this week. The good news is that Argosy has new chips on the table. The bad news is that they are the same as the old ones. They do have some new roulette designs but I don't know when they started using them. Some of the old roulettes are also still in use.
Caesars of course has the new Chipcos. They have moved a lot of stuff around in the casino and it appears that they removed table games in favor of Slots. In fact, while I didn't make an effort to count, I think that they are down to 8 roulette tables including one on the first floor (it was closed) and the high roller table. For the third trip I could not find any Millennium chips. They must be feeling the heat from Belterra since they now offer 5X odds and pay triple on 12 in the field at craps and the dealer stands of a soft 17 at BJ. I tried to stay at Belterra but they were sold out thru the New Year.
