Did you contact anyone in the club to try to better identify the seller. It is my understanding that all dealers have to be members.

If you are able to idententify the seller you should make a complaint with Jim Reilly who handles claims like this.

The club ethics code provides:
10. To offer on all sales and trades, a 10-day return privilege on any item purchased or traded, unless I have clearly and conspicuously stated that items are sold or traded "as is," and without a return privilege.
