Doctor Gross, have you filed a complaint with the Club identifying the dealer or filed a claim with our Claims Officer, Jim Reilly? I know if you filed a claim with Jim you would have had some kind of action a long time ago. The Club tries everything within it's power to negotiate an equitable settlement between disputing members. If you haven't communicated your story to Jim, please do so ASAP. Happy New Year.
