Edwin; I disagree. Many chips that I don't consider to be "rare" at all will be submitted for grading and slabbing. One of the most frequently slabbed chips in my opinion will be regular rack chips that are plentiful, but which are in exceptional condition.

We are back to the old question of what do you consider "rare"? That is a whole 'nother subject... one that has been thoroughly thrashed several times before. I don't want to go there again for round #5, 6 & 7.
