Who is to say what anyone else will do in such a hypothetical situation Peter? But if the seller was serious, and wanted to sell the chip you described for $1500, If I had a table at the club show, I would tell him to crack it out of the slab, bring the chip back, and then I would purchase it. That would solve the so-called "ban" problem, wouldn't it?
