So contrary to what you have posted previously, Peter... you DO understand the issues after all. That's not what your previous posts have been indicating.

As for the now 50% poll on Gregs board, that means that 50% do not agree... and a far majority of candidates for office have posted that they do not agree with the poll. To "discourage" means to do nothing in my opinion. It's like saying "just say no" and the drug problem will disappear.
