Any of you casino employees and/or executives know if tipping a casino host is either proper or expected, and if so, what would one base it on? Are they compensated well enough to begin with to not sweat tips as a part of their income? ...my reasons for asking are two-fold. I've never seen the subject addressed anywhere, and, I was quite surprised when my casino host at the Aladdin gave me his personal cell phone number when I made my New Years reservations so I could contact him anytime. To me, that's service way above and beyond expectations. Any help anyone?
