I think you're right about that, Peter. And, this observation convinces me that Jim Episale's proposal is appropriate on both counts, along with banning ads in the club magazine.

I therefore will support a proposal which would prohibit the sale of slabbed chips or tokens in any club auction, which would prohibit the selling of slabbed chips or tokens on the convention floor and which would prohibit the use of any club function, activity or venue, including the magazine, for the purpose of either promoting the slabbing of chips or tokens or selling slabbed chips or tokens.
