I have seen collectors purchase chips from other dealers, collectors, etc. who on a previous transaction cheated them. The buyers knew they were cheated - yet, continued to buy from those individuals because "they had the chips".

I am afraid that "they had the chips" is the only standard many of our members to this hobby maintain. If one of these individuals come across a slabbed chip that they need - they will buy it; just as sure as I'm writing this note to post.

If you think I'm wrong perhaps you should rethink your running for office <g>. I wouldn't want you to be under any false illusions if you should win <ROFLOL>.
