Hey Jim,

I agree with you - Downtown has a "lower key" feel to it - and my wife & I really liked staying downtown - at the Four Queen's, Fremont, Golden Nugget, and Main Street. Lately however she prefers the Strip.
Yet I'm afraid that the Horseshoe - "A Real Casino" (with hands in the air - a reference that may be only the Professor and a few other may know about... <VBG>) has really taken it in the shorts lately... It isn't the casino it used to be, and I'm sad that it continues to decline...
