Jim, I have not seen your chip before but it is very similiar to some of the chips used in Maryland Charity casinos a few years ago. Some of the sponsoring organizations were Boys and Girls Clubs (BGC). I have several chips marked "BAG" which stood for Boys and Girls.

I cna't be sure that your chips is from one of these places but it is certainly a possibility.
