Sorry for any confusion my original post may have caused, when I created it I was listening to CNBC about the Presidential Election with one ear, and my wife & Son with the other... Anyway the bottom line is that the side that has the UV Princess Cruise Line and two different sizes "PAULSON"s was not the New Year's Eve 1999 side, it was the Happy New Year 2000 side. This can be seen in the original image at the bottom - one can see the "LTD" and also above the New Year Baby, the denomination of $25...

I updated the image showing both sides of the chip and the UV image for each...

Again, sorry for the confusion this may have caused...
