In light of his most recent feedback which indicates a failure to ship any product on an auction 30 days ago, I would suggest that before you send any money to this guy, you might want to email that other buyer.

I know that your auctions aren't for much money, but it really sucks to send out the money and get no product. If in fact he failed to ship on the other auction, it is doubtful that it relates to his grandmother since it was an older auction. I'm not doubting his explanation of why he didn't email you. I'm just suggesting you investigate his last feedback before sending off the payment.
