The chips you are showing have been attributed to Alaska, CA, LV, and various illegals around the country.
IMO, someone would have to come up with firm information before they could be put in any book as IDed.

As you know we have purchased some ( I SAY "SOME") of the HCE records. I have not gone through them yet. Could be that these are there. Mark should be done organizing and coppying them to a CD around the end of the year.
