Elsinor Corp who owned the Four Queens was partners with Playboy in AC. They also took over and renamed it the Atlantis after Playboy lost their gaming license. The Tokens was used at all properties Elsinor was involved with plus the RIO. The marketing director at the FQ's opened the Rio and made the deal to use the tokens and delivery system for them.
