No current guideline issued by the club specifically addresses the issue of shipping charges. I am in favor of the club taking a more specific stand on this issue. The suggestions contained in your later post make a good starting point for discussion. I have printed them out for future consideration.
The observation that the club can do nothing about shipping by non-members is only partially true. A concerted effort on the part of members to avoid doing business with non-member sellers who will not conduct business "on the highest plane of justice, fairness and morality" would go a long way toward "doing something" about the problem.
