If your looking for one, I don't think I'd be stepping on anyone's toes if I offered you the chip for face value plus postage. This is assuming, of course, that you would do the same thing for someone else looking for a particular chip they wanted--no matter what the inflated "book" price may be. I bought a bunch of them at face so I am not losing any money.
